The facts out of which this action grew are about as follows: A man by the name of H. O. Richards was the owner of certain shoe shop equipment and material in Oklahoma City, consisting of machinery, tools, and implements used for shoe repairing, and certain materials to be used in such business. It seems that H. O. Richards owed certain monies to R. J. Ingej, one of the defendants in error. Richards sold his shoe shop equipment and materials to E. E. Cross who took possession thereof and was using the same in the trade and business of shoe repairing. It also sejems…
