Jean Clement sued American Honda Finance Corp. (“AHFC”) for failure of an AHFC automobile lease to comply with several disclosure requirements of the Truth-In-Lending Act, as amended by the Consumer Leasing Act. See 15 U.S.C. §§ 1640 and 1667d.
