Appeal from Shiawassee; Wiest, J., presiding. Bill by the C. H. Barrett Company to enjoin Hiram N. Ainsworth from engaging in a competing business in violation of a written agreement. From a decree for complainant, defendant appeals.

This is an appeal from a decree enjoining defendant from doing certain things. The following quotations from the decree will indicate some of the questions involved:
