MEMORANDUM OPINION
SPORKIN, District Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on:(1) Plaintiffs unopposed motion to lift the stay imposed by the Court on May 10, 1995; (2) Defendants’ motion to dismiss or, in the alternative, for summary judgment; and (3) Defendants’ motion for sanctions. The Court heard arguments on the motions on November 4,1996 and November 8,1996.
