— Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this court by order of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered in Albany County) to review a determination of the respondents which imposed a fine in the amount of $41,374 upon petitioner. Petitioner is a corporation owning several nursing homes, including one in Albany which is the subject of this proceeding.
