This is an appeal from a judgment based upon a jury verdict in a suit by Julia Thoreson against Grady L. Fox, Richome Oil & Gas Company, a partnership composed of J. B. Hermann and R. P. Her-mann, and J. B. Hermann and R. P. Her-mann individually, together with the Amarillo National Bank and C. P. Ware, Trustee, and Panhandle Eastern Pipeline Company.
