Henderson v. Hardeman & Phinizy

Hardeman & Phinizy brought suit against R. C. Henderson upon a promissory note for the principal sum of $800, given by Henderson to Carr, Boyd & Company,, and by the latter transferred to the plaintiff for value before maturity.
