This suit originated in the justice’s court for the third district of Chatham county. The copy of the plaintiff’s demand attached to the summons was amended, and as amended set forth the following cause of action:- On October 25, 1901, the plaintiff shipped by the Wheeling & Lake Erie Railroad Company, from Cleveland, Ohio, a range, hoiler, and certain attachments, to be transported by that company and its connecting carriers to Savannah, G-a.
