This is an appeal from a judgment of the Jefferson Circuit Court granting the appel-lee, Kathryn Martin, one year’s salary ($14,-400) and one year’s contribution to the appropriate retirement fund based upon one year’s salary from the appellant, University of Louisville. The pertinent facts are set out in a companion case, Martin v.
