I. INTRODUCTION

THIS MATTER is before the Court on the United States’ Motion for Summary Judgment (ECF No. 33), filed March 19, 2012. The United States seeks summary judgment on its claim against Defendant 5910 South Ogden Court (“Defendant Ogden Court”), alleging that Defendant Ogden Court is subject to forfeiture under 21 U.S.C. § 881(a)(6).
