OPINION

GILMAN, Circuit Judge.

In June of 2000, Joshua Paul Orsolini was pulled over for speeding by a Tennessee Highway Patrol officer. Based upon the officer’s observations and the initial questioning of Orsolini and his passenger, the officer suspected that Orsolini was involved in drug trafficking. The officer therefore asked Orsolini for permission to search his car. Orsolini at first agreed, but then revoked his consent.
