The North Dakota Hospital Association [NDHA or the Association] appealed from a judgment upon a jury verdict of the district court, Northeast Central Judicial District, finding that it had engaged in unlawful age discrimination and from denials of its motions for judgment notwithstanding the verdict, new trial, remittitur, and reconsideration of the award of attorneys’ fees.
