In this Chapter 7 case, which was converted from Chapter 11 upon the Debtor’s motion by Order entered September 4, 2002, after due notice a hearing was held at Missoula on May 8-9, 2003, on the U.S. Trustee’s “Motion to Disqualify Perkins Coie, Vacate Employment Order, and Disgorge and Disallow Fees” (hereinafter the “U.S. Trustee’s Motion”).
