Before the Court are the Applications of the Official Unsecured Creditors’ Committee (the “Committee”) to retain Arent Fox LLP (“AF”) and Elliott Greenleaf & Siedzikowski, P.C. (“EG”) as counsel (collectively the “Committee Retention Applications”). The Committee Retention Applications are opposed by the United States Trustee (the “UST”) and the Debtors. For the reasons set forth below, the Committee Retention Applications will be denied.
