Plaintiff Abigail Strubel initiated this putative class action against defendant Co-menity Bank (“Comenity”) to recover statutory damages for alleged violations of the Truth In Lending Act (“TILA”), Pub.-L. No. 90-321, 82 Stat. 146 (1968) (codified as amended at 15 U.S.C. §§ 1601 et seq.).
