{¶ 1} The Lucas County Department of Job & Family Services (“LCDJFS”) appeals from a decision of the Sixth District Court of Appeals that reversed the trial court’s order dismissing Patricia Crawford-Cole’s administrative appeal from the agency’s revocation of her certificate to operate a type B family daycare home. The issue presented concerns which time period applies for a type B day-care home provider to request administrative review of a county’s order revoking the provider’s certificate.
