Appellant appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Appellee and denial of Appellant’s motions for summary judgment and to vacate, alter or amend judgment. The district court found that a subscription agreement does not add new and material conditions to a settlement the parties had previously-reached. For the following reasons, we affirm.
