Witham (Witham) appeals from the judgments entered in the Superior *932Court pursuant to jury verdicts finding her guilty of arson (Class A), 17-A M.R.S.A. § 802 (1988 & Supp.1996), and three counts of false swearing (Class D), 17-A M.R.S.A. § 452 (1983 & Supp.1996), (Piscataquis County, Mead, J.).
