Defendant was convicted of armed bank robbery and sentenced to a term of twenty years. He appeals contending that his conviction should be set aside, because of the inordinate delay in the preparation of his trial transcript, and because of errors on the part of the district court (a) in denying his motion to strike the identification testimony of a government witness, (b) in refusing his request for a continuance to determine if he could refute the testimony of a rebuttal witness for the government, and (c) in denying his motions for a judgment of acquittal…
