This action comes from Chesterfield'.County'where it was instituted on October 4, 1950. The complaint sets forth that the plaintiffs and the defendant own, as tenants in common, certain now valuable business buildings and lots located in the Town of Cheraw and demands partition as well as an accounting for the rents and profits arising from the defendant’s possession and use of the property.
