The record in this case requires a consideration of the statute of limitations and several questions of practice. A motion to dismiss the proceeding here because of the omission from the case-made of one of several orders extending the time to make and serve it is denied, the plaintiff in error having supplied a certified copy of the order. The error assigned upon the orders overruling the demurrers to the amended petition can not be considered, more than one year having elapsed after the orders were made before the record was filed in this…
