Defendants Tangipahoa" Parish Rural Fire Protection District Number 2, Nicholas Muscarello, Carlo Bruno, and Dennis Crockermove for summary judgment on plaintiffs section 1983 procedural due process claim, grounded in his alleged entitlement to the protections of.
