The plaintiff appeals from a decision of the Board of Education pursuant to G.L.c. 30A, §14. The plaintiff asserts that the decision was unsupported by substantial evidence in that it was based entirely upon hearsay. The plaintiff also contends that he was not afforded a hearing within the time prescribed by the Code of Massachusetts Regulations. The defendant argues that its decision was based upon substantial evidence and the plaintiff has failed to show that he was prejudiced by the hearing delay.
