James and Linda Zimmerhanzel appeal from summary judgments entered in favor of Johnnie Green, III and Stormwater Research Group (SRG).
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) creates maps of special flood hazard areas (SFHA), which are defined as areas of land that would be inundated by a flood having a one percent chance of occurring in any given year.
