Before the court is a motion to dismiss brought by defendants Synergy Worldwide, Inc., Nature’s Sunshine Products, Inc., and.Dan Norman (collectively, Synergy) against plaintiffs HealthBane International, LLC and Bernard Feldman (collectively, HealthBane).
