HARRIS, Judge:
¶1 KTM Health Care, Inc. (Pharmacy) and SG Nursing Home LLC dba Kolob Care & Rehabilitation of St. George (Nursing Home) entered into a written agreement for Pharmacy to become Nursing Home's exclusive provider of all pharmacy-related products and services. Soon after signing the contract, however, Nursing Home attempted to cancel its agreement with Pharmacy, apparently realizing that it was still contractually committed to a different provider.
