“This was a suit from the district court of Sabine county, Tex., by McConnon & Co., a corporation of Winona, Minn., a concern engaged in manufacturing and dispensing medicines, perfumes, toilet articles, extracts, etc., as plaintiff, against J. L. Dickerson, T. J. Dickerson, and B. E. Marshburn, as defendants, wherein plaintiff sought to recover of the defendant J. L. Dickerson the sum of $835.15 on, a verified open account…
