Introduction

This matter arose as an action by Evans, Inc. (Evans) against Tiffany & Company (Tiffany) for breach of contract. 1 The case was tried to the Court without a jury. The Court has examined all of the testimony and exhibits presented, and being fully advised of the premises, finds that a binding contract existed between Evans and Tiffany and that Tiffany breached the contract.
