OPINION AND ORDER

KENNETH M. KARAS, District Judge:

Plaintiff Stephanie Bale (“Plaintiff’) was the passenger in a car that was rear-ended by a car driven by Defendant Margaret Nastasi. Plaintiff alleges the accident caused various injuries, and Plaintiff has sued for money damages. The Parties conducted discovery, and Plaintiff now moves for partial summary judgment on the issue of liability. For the reasons stated below, Plaintiffs motion for partial summary judgment is denied.
