CUMMINGS, District Judge.
On this day the Court considered Plaintiff, BJB Company’s Motion to Remand, filed May 18, 2001. Third-Party Defendant Silvan Industries, Inc. filed a Memorandum in Opposition to Plaintiffs Motion to Remand on June 7, 2001.
