proceeding, counsel for the minor filed a motion pursuant to Pa.R.J.C.P. 350 to suppress his statements given in response to police questioning about his having sex with his minor sister, as taken in violation of his rights under the United States and Pennsylvania Constitutions, U.S. Const, amends.
