The appeal in this case is by the defendant from a judgment for the plaintiff for the recovery of possession of the property described in an action of forcible entry and detainer. This action was instituted in the municipal court of Chicago by the plaintiff against the defendant for the recovery of possession of premises located at 6254 South Halsted street, Chicago, Illinois.
