Nelda Mattson appeals from the district court’s1 judgment dismissing her complaint under 15 U.S.C. §§ 1692 et seq. for lack of jurisdiction. We affirm.

On November 27, 1990, Mattson filed a complaint against U.S. West and against Service Investment Corporation (SIC), alleging violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), 15 U.S.C. §§ 1692 et seq. Specifically, Mattson alleged that SIC had committed numerous violations of section 1692e.
