This cause came on to be heard upon an appeal from the Court of Common Pleas of Hamilton County.

Defendant-appellant, Michael Mag-nuson, seeks reversal of his convictions in a jury trial of one count of rape and two counts of aggravated burglary. Another conviction, being for aggravated robbery, was not appealed.
