In this diversity case, defendants-appellants Associated Credit Services, Inc. (ACS) and Credit Bureau of Cincinnati, Inc. (CBC) appeal a judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio which ordered specific performance of a service agreement executed by plaintiff-appellee Trans Union Credit Information Co.
