Defendants John C. White (“White”) and White Investment Limited Partnership have appealed from (a) an order of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, Denis R. Hurley, Judge, granting partial summary judgment in favor of plaintiffs Anthony G. Petrello (“Petrello”) and Cynthia A. Pe-trello (collectively “the Petrellos”) on their claim for specific performance of a contract for the sale of land, and (b) an order denying defendants’ motion for reconsideration of that order.
