Appellant was tried by a military judge sitting as a general court-martial. Pursuant to his pleas, he was found guilty of one specification of absence without leave, one specification of distribution of marijuana, seven specifications of making worthless checks, five specifications of receiving stolen property, and six specifications of providing false information in violation of a Colorado Statute, in violation of Articles 86, 112a, 123a, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 886, 912a, 923a, and 934 (1982) [hereinafter UCMJ].
