This is a proceeding instituted in the Circuit Court of Harrison County by which the plaintiff, Lange & Crist Box & Lumber Company, Inc., a corporation, seeks a declaratory judgment to determine the title and the right of possession claimed by it to a quantity of timber severed, but not removed, before November 18, 1946, from a tract of land of 246 acres in Doddridge County.
