Affirming in part and reversing in part.
After the death, in April, 1928, of Howard L. Williams, and the appointment and qualification of Sara Williams as the executrix of his will, she filed with the county clerk of Kenton county an appraisement and inventory of a partial list of his personal estate of the aggregate value of $4,241.20. Subsequently, she filed a supplemental appraisement and inventory of the estate, consisting of certain certificates of stock and notes, including a $1,000 check and a diamond ring-of the value of $400.
