Before me is the Motion of Blue-Grace Franchise, LLC for Relief from the Automatic Stay [# 15] to enforce certain non-competition and nonsolicitation provisions of a franchise agreement entered into with the debtor, Carl S. Hurvitz. Mr. Hurtvitz opposes the granting of stay relief.
