Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court entered June 14, 1967 in Cortland County, which set aside a verdict in favor of appellant and ordered a new trial. This negligence action was brought by appellant, a pedestrian, for personal injuries sustained when she was struck by a pickup truck while crossing South Cayuga Street on her way to the bus terminal *619in the City of Ithaca, N. Y., on the 22nd day of December, 1963.
