This proceeding relates to the bankruptcy case originally filed by Debtor Vergil Vettori (“Debtor”) on September 16, 1997, under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. § 101, et seq. No Chapter 11 Trustee has been appointed and Debtor has remained debtor in possession. This matter is before the court on Debtor’s motion to employ Kevin M.
