The plaintiff1 brings this bill in equity under G. L. (Ter. Ed.) c. 231 A, inserted by St. 1945, c. 582, seeking a declaration of the rights of the parties with respect to a lease, and to enjoin the defendant2 from interfering with the plaintiff’s quiet use and enjoyment of the leased premises. From a final decree establishing that the defendant had no right to enter the premises occupied by the plaintiff and enjoining him from doing so the defendant appealed.
