This is another school controversy involving an attempt by one group of voters in the Independent School District of Kimballton, Iowa, to secure a merger with the Audubon Community District of Audubon County, under section 275.40, and another group seeking a reorganization with the Elk HornKimballton Community District of Shelby County under section 275.12 of the Code.
