James and Shelia Westbrook were convicted of (1) conspiring to possess and distribute d, 1-amphetamine (in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841 and 846); (2) conspiring to manufacture d, 1-amphetamine (in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841 and 846); and (3) manufacturing d, 1-amphetamine (in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841).
