Plaintiff Alfelton Turner seeks reversal of the final decision by Defendant Carolyn W. Colvin 1 in her official capacity as Acting Commissioner of Social Security (the “Commissioner”) denying his claim for a period of disability and disability insurance benefits (“DIB”) and for supplemental security income (“SSI”) payments. In the alternative, Plaintiff seeks an order to vacate and remand his case to the Social Security Administration for further proceedings.
