The Commissioner of Agriculture, the Honorable Nathan Mayo, filed a bill of complaint in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, seeking the issuance of a restraining order against P. A. Bossenbury, doing business in Pinellas County, Florida, under the trade name of Silver Poultry Farm.
