OPINION
{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Kenneth H. Brewer (hereinafter "Brewer"), appeals the Marion Municipal Court judgment of conviction and imposition of sentence for a zoning code violation. We affirm.
{¶ 2} On April 28, 2007, Tammy Thomas called the Marion Police Department to report an assault that occurred at her apartment located at 589 East Church Street, Unit B in Marion County, Ohio.
