Bill in equity for the proceeds of a certificate of war risk insurance issued by the government upon the life of Albert R. Marshall. The plaintiff, foster mother and aunt, claims as designated beneficiary within the class permitted under the amendment of December 24, 1919 (41 Stat. 371). The individual defendants (hereinafter called simply defendants), half brothers and sisters, claim by their guardian, under the War Risk Insurance Act of October 6, 1917 (40 Stat. 398 [Comp.
