ORDER REGARDING CONFLICT OF DEFENDANT’S COUNSEL

CORRIGAN, United States Magistrate Judge.

This case is before the Court on the United States’ Notice of Conflict of Interest (Doc. #33) and the United States’ Amended Notice of Conflict (Doc. #35) which contend that defendant’s counsel, Curtis Fallgatter, has a “significant conflict of interest in this case which dictates that he should withdraw as counsel for the defendant” because he also represents the Brooks, a husband and wife who will be witnesses for the government at trial.
